耐力訓練第 3 天,今天果然出現一點狀況;
本來以為會鐵腿或抽筋,但都沒有,
15K 後開始四肢無力還有一點頭暈,應該是低血糖的症狀,
可是除了白開水外我什麼都沒帶,
只好多停了兩次,讓血糖平穩一點再跑,
明天要帶點東西出來吃了,只是不知道會不會被A走 XD
