關於全馬 我的感想是
偶爾假日跑個超馬 不多 43k就好 那就會覺得全馬沒有什麼 哈哈哈~~~
以上是在喇低賽
但開心的運動真的很重要!!! 至少我很開心的在做這件事

今天狀況滿好 起跑時的溫度也很舒適 半馬只喝了 300 cc的水
後半馬喝了3L的水加寶礦力 天氣熱補不回水份
32k開始撞牆 很久沒有用這種速度跑那麼遠了
34k右腳大拇指不聽話 上坡步兵 其他路線hold住腳不會痛就好
36k 肩膀感覺被碾過 僵硬的一直自助按摩
40k時肚子餓 真的想用走的回終點 但看到攝影師只好又再度跑起來
最後總結:預計均速5:00失敗 以後有跑半馬再設定目標
不然跑的有點膽戰心驚
今天高手都去比美津濃了 所以我才能有幸撿到分2
