這週工作忙碌,
週四、五都加班,
固定的平日晚上練跑就取消;
原以為今天的LSD可以比較順利,
沒想到10K後雙腳就開始有疲累,
最後跑到16K真的快沒力,
只好放棄了;
左後臀感覺有條筋痠痠的,
還是得讓身體好好休息,
才能順利完成每次練習啊~
