今天原本4:30要起跑,結果睡到4:30就趕緊起床,往永寧站與Ivan 一起跑LSD,回程跑110線道到土雞城最高點還是發生雙腿股四頭肌都抽筋,只能停下來按摩一下,改用健行下坡!感謝Ivan陪跑與LDS喔!
