2020.02.28 衛武營團練
久違的團練又開始了,這次是到衛武營練跑,從早上0500~0900四小時隨便跑,早上5點到衛武營,已經有好幾個團友到了,還有一些友團的人也有到了,風哥看一下時間就叫我們先跑了,其他還沒到的人,就不等他們了,因為疫情關係,所以原本這個月參加的2場賽事都取消和延期了,所以今天就想跑個全馬,一開始跟在領跑集團後面,但漸漸他們越開越快,我就按著自己速度跑著,沿路順便和認識的團友還有跑友,一起邊跑邊聊天跑一段,好一段時間沒來這邊練跑,都會看到一些熟悉的面孔,大概跑了2個半小時,團內就沒什麼人在跑了,好像只有幾個人跑到30K而已,跑到36K再進補給站後,感謝陳家還有史董陪跑一圈,最後一圈剩3K多,在稍微繞一小段湊公里數,跑回補給站風哥和孟矩姐還有建豐哥,還拉線給我衝線和拍照,今日衛武營團練以跑一隻馬完成,補給真的很豐富,都吃的很飽,感謝風哥還有風嫂和其他人的準備,辛苦了,果然還是團練比較有意思。
