今天依舊是個跑步的好天氣,剛起跑時一切都是那麼都順暢,怎知跑完3K後完全變了調,跑得好累好累,只能跑跑多少算多少。
今天一樣沒特別去看手錶,只是到了17K後開始明顯感到疲勞,還好此時有個跑友一起來陪跑,最後2K跑到有點恍神只能硬撐下去,跑完後看配速竟然掉到5分多,真的是累了。
