Y3-3週六下午補跑∼∼
膝傷休息+年前大掃除累累的→晨跑起不來夜跑懶懶的,這次整整休跑了7天多,創近年正常狀態下最久沒跑紀錄XD∼∼
而作息又不正常,要嘛晚睡無法晨跑、要嘛太早睡又賴床,還好躺平3分內睡著功力仍在,近10天平均日睡7小時多太奢侈了。
