36K-32 Gi 咖啡因 終於如期來參加今年旗山馬拉松,因為半個月前的一次自主練習Long run過程中,左膝舊傷復發,雖然接著兩週剛好是跑量減少,也積極的做復健,但仍然還是帶著點傷來參加了!🥺
幸虧最近天氣對於跑者來說,是極為舒服的,前12K的心率很低,低到有點懷疑手錶是不是壞了,因為速度大約卻能維持在4:45/K左右!
可是好景不常,12K之後左膝舊傷突然劇烈疼痛,心率也跟著飆到180以上,幸運的事是今天天氣很棒,再加上一路上有女總前3名及幾位神人帶頭跑🤩,在29K之前差不多都能維持在5分速內(可能是因為左膝疼痛感已經麻痺了😅) 直到36K開始,左膝麻痺的感覺又轉回疼痛,導致步幅變小,速度掉出了5分速,勉強在5分半內⋯但結論就是SUB330殘念啊!😭
交管方面,除了接近6K時大約被當了30幾秒,其餘都蠻順利通過的,只是35~36K有一段進入香蕉園差點迷路就是了🙄(因為沒有人指引、連三角錐、標牌也不足)
