| 今天來新北蘆洲微風運河跑觀音山馬,一路上雖然有風,但是太陽也是熱力大放送,加上看似無止盡的上坡跟下坡一直沒完,跑得叫嫑嫑的,比上星期心享柿成馬還要硬,本來一直有跟好5:00列車,無奈最後4K大腿抽筋,只能提早下車,慢慢龜回終點!
