最近練很少,這場想輕鬆點跑,上坡都用走的,後面沒抽筋,就這樣跑跑走走的完賽了,這樣的成績跟上次前面都用跑的,後面大抽筋的成績差不多,看來對於山路馬,跑跑走走也是不錯的策略啊~~
賽後評分: 補給品豐富,第一次吃到叭咘(冰淇淋),還有冰涼的可樂和啤酒,跑到快往生的時候來一杯,真的超讚的。
