首次突破35km!! 今天從頭到尾幾乎沒休息, 全程都用跑的. 跑完前20km狀況不錯,腳不太會酸, 心肺也感覺ok, 之前每次跑LSD就出狀況的右膝也一切正常.
過了27公里之後, 疲憊感開始湧現, 30公里之後更是明顯, 無法集中注意力, 開始想睡覺, 但是雙腳一切正常, 表示我的肌肉組織已漸漸習慣長距離的感覺了.
這是東京馬之前最長的練習距離了, 42.195km就留到東京完成吧!
