一開始就中暑了,跑一下就體溫飆高,只好跑跑走走,最後34K附近,右腳背開始腳脹,雙腳底則是泡在非常濕的鞋子裡六小時多,都黏住襪子了
感謝士賢賢伉儷載我去馬場,又帶我們去吃羊肉爐當賽後補給。
感謝小羊發現我中暑,立刻給我冰塊,救了我一命,雖然後來很想繼續跟著她跑,但我體溫上升得太快,只好依自己的方式走跑
第一次跑那麼累,那麼久~因為腳背出問題,加上中暑,最後的8K都是用走的 (崩潰了)
忘了說,我的手機起跑後就gg了,開不了機,都無法跟別人聯絡(慘念)
