第一次達成30km!
從士林出發,延著河堤一路跑到關渡、淡水、漁人碼頭。跑到漁人碼頭的時候,颳風又下雨,天氣很糟,沒幾個遊客,還記得去年二月跑來的時候同樣也是很糟的天氣。在便利超商稍做休息,吃點東西補給之後繼續上路,原路折返跑到竹圍站,完成30km。
今天身體狀況還好,10km之後右膝就稍微有些不適,輕微痠痛,但接下來沒有惡化的情況,之後都還算順利。
