| 實在最近🈚️暇練跑,跑這場內心很心虛的,沒辦法,只能硬著頭皮跑了。
一路上穩紮穩打,一步一步吃里程,大部分都還可以應付,只是上上下下右腳開始抗議了,尤其魔鬼超長下坡4K,真的超崩潰的,幸好下了一場及時雨,跑起來比較好跑,不然還真的不知道要怎麼玩賽!
