香港Morten 今日有幸同Sundae兄同場比賽,順道多謝平時比賽都有中佢槍!
原先預計用一小時10K平日練跑速度跑,但起跑後可能賽道有上有落所以速度快咗,但感覺還可以,但去到10km速度好似越嚟越快,心知不妙,結果係3個鐘頭終於出事,當時跑左32km,兩隻大髀開始抽筋,如果依家退出賽事又好似早咗啲!
所以試吓用行行跑跑,其實整個賽道有1/3路段係草地,原來草地唔係咁好跑,會吸晒你啲力。所以餘下3個鐘,草地及上坡都係行,有機會就試吓跑,當時雙腳已經唔能夠連續跑一圈。結果係六個鐘內跑左56圈!(呢場比賽都俾咗自己一個經驗及教訓!) 賽後評分: !!! 給 1 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 122~148 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 148~167 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 167~172 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 172~183 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 183~188 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為188 點此去設定最大心率 |
