台北市Jonas Wu 晴天跑前涼爽太陽出來後請開始感覺熱,GPS一直飄掉一度還有配速來到1分速,今天跑感不錯,幾乎沒有掉速,上坡高步頻小步距,下坡稍微加大步距慢步頻,最後3K還可以提速,這樣本來有機會破PB,結果……半馬折返的時候去排毒,30K流動廁所只有1間排了4個人才輪到我><這花掉我快10分鐘,最後雖然跑進330,還是覺得很可惜,殘念~
