今天帶胸帶順便測東西,熱身時有點呼吸不順,開始跑後前2趟壓92s卻吃力,呼吸很卡,後來念頭改成4趟就好,第3趟尾步頻稍微拉高後速度比較跑得出來也不像前面那麼吃力,就依序吃完6趟,最後一圈被拉到87s, 跑完後呼吸肌疼痛,深呼吸,隨便動都很不舒服,直到隔天睡醒一樣,起床伸展上胸&附近肌群稍微有改善。
