| 從小到大讀書,體育 從來沒有拿過第一名,
體能從國小開始就很不好,升旗站在大太陽下會昏倒,
當兵更是慚愧只要在大太陽下全副裝備,只能撐二十分就要蹲下去休息,
這次為了我熱愛又喜歡的鐵人運動給自己設定目標,
但真正執行科學化訓練始於去年六月,
直到現在一年多過去,給自己課表的執行度可以說作到百分之九十九, 從中午到晚上分二階段式 全心的投入訓練
游泳發揮不儘理想(保留體力重點放在騎車項目)
90公里騎車騎在有氧區間(2小時33分)
轉換跑步配在510~529
在全程都很熱的中午完成跑步賽事,
(大會跑步里程免費放送1200公尺)
拿到台東東之美鐵人三項賽事113 半程超級鐵人
的 M45 分組第一名, 總排第10名! 獎金五千元!
