中秋烤肉半馬~~
傍晚親戚們要烤肉, 所以時間上我只能早上運動,
太晚出門, 起跑時太陽已經出來了, 田徑場上的溫度計顯示31.4度, 沒想到跑到一半溫度飆熱到35.4度, 跑得很厭世, 最後5K也顧不了形象的脫了上衣打赤膊跑完半馬!
太熱了! 10K/16K補水, 跑完再狂喝1000cc!
我的GPS可能熱昏了, 只有28度?
