昨天除夕夜 喝到掛 今天叔叔2pm約跑步 居然醉到2pm還在床上 後來只好延半小時才起跑 10km才把酒精揮發掉 跑到15km後 右小腿居然隱隱痛 忍痛跑完最後10km後 回家趕緊冰敷 應該是受傷了
