下午3點的太陽不是很大,於是決定提早練跑,開始有點熱,還好有風,就這樣一路從市區馬路跑到自行車道在香山溼地折返,全程不休息也不喝水,最後也順利的完成長距離練習,想想覺得自己也真夠猛的!
