今天的山訓要從阿公店水庫跑到中寮山再繞一圈回來!!
跑到28k時左大腿就肌肉慢慢僵硬了,到了30k後換右大腿也來了!
還是慢慢跑,到了32k後,兩腳就爆了!!
雖然沒有完全抽筋,但只能邊走邊跑,慢慢的跑完最後5k!!
這是我第一次跑到30k,30k以後的感覺,真的是用意志力再跑!
這是所謂的撞牆期嗎?說真的我也不知道,我只知道能跑就跑,不能跑就用走的!!
也感謝今天陪我一起跑的阿公店賢拜好手們!!
