今天又太晚出門運動囉~
因天冷又逆風跑得辛苦,
只好挑戰16k不斷電不喝水就好,少跑5k也是又跑到熄燈號了,今天由於天氣冷,所以沒人跑步,散步的人也少得可憐,首次在自己的地盤跑步,熄燈後跑來害怕的一次說……
最後一圈其實已累了,但因為都沒有人,一個人跑得有點害怕而有加速一些說……。
