| 感冒初癒,能在4小時內完賽表示有認真跑,全程穿風衣跑,怕再染風寒就不好。
第一趟趁著雨勢,前2K熱身後就衝了,3K的長墜道有點不太好跑。果然回程跑第2趟時,感覺肚子好餓,跑不太動。在墜道口的補給站補了一罐能量水,酸酸的差點吐掉,但喝完跑墜道感覺體力逐漸回來了。在回程也如法泡製喝了一罐能量飲。
