| 第三次蘆洲觀音山馬拉松
連續3年,路線都有些調整,整體來說都很變態
每次跑觀音山都是來找罪受,來撞牆的
跑這一場才知道自己真的不足,差很多
從9K起左腳底就感覺腫脹麻痺,久久無法消除
一度萌生再這樣下去就要棄賽的念頭
約14K時感覺好多了,可是好像沒什麼氣力爬坡了
荒廢兩周,因為下雨、因為工作忙碌(好像是藉口)
能力不足,不想最後真的用走的回終點
上坡幾乎用走的...
來到折返點,新的路線,這坡根本爬不上去
折磨人用的,繼續走上去吧~
其實這場賽事好像沒什麼心得
純粹把它當成長距離練習
只想完成42K的距離,沒什麼動力衝
