新竹文豪 昨天9點就睡了
早上3點多起床,感覺應該沒什麼雨
就出門跑了
結果跑到新科車站開始下大雨
突然想到可以在新科車站橋下繞圈圈躲雨,但還是要注意來往的車子
就這麼跑了20k
肚子開始餓了跑回家24k吃1口麵包+1小瓶運動飲料
開始往靜心湖跑
進入撞牆期有一度想要跑回家
想到馬拉松夢想家,想說用爬的也要跑完
但一路上還是一直下雨
跑到34k最後一次補給
想說連水瓶都不要帶,減輕身體的重量
40k突然很開心,畢竟是一個里程盃
開始想等一下要吃什麼
