我只能舉起手跟他打招呼,不開口說話、因為啞巴了~~
不跑,白白浪費一個星期日早晨、又不用怕太陽溫度高
但是一路上遇到的跑友五根手指頭就夠
今天重點30k後的狀況、完全沒力、不錯收穫很多
跟一年前相比也沒多少長進~~
最後、還是靠著冰淇淋撐回來、也難得的被一位強大的跑友超車⋯⋯
