昨晚睡親戚家,木板床好難睡,睡不著剛好出門跑步,決定再來一次假日長距離練跑,選了阿公店環湖步道,一圈將近7K,今天艷陽高照,本來跑一圈就想放棄,怕曬傷皮膚,但想說難得來此跑步,心一橫再跑第二圈。不過總距離也不到14K,雖然有小上坡,但跑不進六分速內,當作LSD吧!
