昨天晚上忙,而且前一天操練,索性休跑一天。今天起跑時還覺得身體有酸痛,看來上健身房還是可以練到一些跑步練不到的肌群。跑了十幾圈還快不起來,就算了今天不追求速度,反正慢慢跑也很舒服。
涼涼的夜晚,散步的人也比較少,比較不用閃人。這種天氣跑起來思緒也比較澄明,讓白天煩亂的思緒沈澱下來,想想週末及接下來的規劃。本週雖然可以減量,但總覺得沒練到LSD,可是明天還有事也跑不多,於是臨時決定今天多跑10圈,補一點里程。
第5道50圈差不多是半馬距離,這個我一直有心理障礙,因為參加過二場成績都不好。個人覺得半馬真是不好跑,以平常練習的距離遠,又要比LSD的速度快,很難拿捏。還好前面沒有太快,體力分配還算平均。最快的二圈就是最後二圈,感覺還滿酷的~
