06:00時參加「春郵南科」健康公益馬拉松賽,安排11K路線跑4圈,跑完第2圈後,太陽就開始發威了!速度掉入5分多,加上一路都有跑者需一路閃人,熱起來就感沒力了!好在補給站還有冰塊袋可拿,一路吃冰塊降溫!
賽前宣言: 第一次參加!
賽後評分: 11K跑4圈路線安排不優!跑完便當也沒有,只給盒小餐盒!路上補給尚可,回終點後就沒東西吃了,只有水可喝!安排摸獎獎項雖多,要中獎也不容易呀!
