今天跟老婆開車來新店陽光運動公園,第一次參加LDS超馬團練跑,出發前大家在廣場熱身並寒暄,順便自我介紹,出發後就往碧潭方向還跑到外面新店國小那在折返,在從碧潭經過一路往秀朗橋左轉回陽光橋,這樣1圈剛好12km,跑完大家在廣場集合拍照,認識新朋友大家打屁哈啦~
