好久沒穿虎走了,穿他出去晃晃,不過每次20km左右就會開始腳底板痛。
今天基本目標24km跑進2小時,狀況好就25km,起跑後覺狀況沒有前天好,加上拿了罐水,只敢跑在4:50左右。中間加速到4:45左右,15km百齡橋折返後,開始面對逆風,加上疲勞,慢慢失守pace 5:00,1小時57分多跑滿24km,眼看2小時25km無望,加上大腿有點快抽筋的感覺,就不硬撐了,下次再加油吧!
