昨天五告累的疲勞在今天發威了,小腿有點緊繃,核心無力速度出不來,跑到自行車道被風吹到差點放棄,全程只喝水也是不夠,下次要準備一些補給,跑的有點辛苦,不過實力的確是有所提升,明天工作比較多找時間輕鬆恢復跑就好。
