繼昨天抓下一隻全馬後 今天再度挑戰抓下一隻半馬
依照以往的經驗 如果長跑過後 隔天一定會有乳酸堆積 但今天 傾聽自己身體的聲音 除了大腿有點酸痛 其他狀況都還不錯 覺得自己的身體在進化了 加上昨天飲食睡眠都很好 身體得到充分的休息 於是再抓隻半馬 感覺很棒呢~
