可能是賽前最後一次陪劭宇練lsd,本來目標35k,可是剛起跑就使不上力,原來是天氣太熱的影響。望著一起出發的怡靜姐撥土揚塵消失在遠方,我們只能提醒自己要跑三趟,不能衝動啊~
還好今天補給準備多一點,第二趟吃了能量膠,第三趟再一顆鹽碇。整體速度比上次慢,但還不至於跑不動。
第三趟回程遇到「不擅長」的廖醫師,才知道他已跑了十幾馬,居然之前不認識這號人物,失敬失敬。最後2K發現劭宇沒跟上,便請他先跑,我慢下來等,其實自己也快跑不動了~
