奇怪的天氣,剛下過雨卻悶熱難耐,但我還是捨棄冷氣房的跑步機,出來腳踏實地繞操場,如果下雨再說吧。這幾天跑的多,腳底好痛,前幾k真是難受,一直想打包回家了。還好後面麻木了漸漸加速,也開始有涼風舒服一點。最後湊到15k,明天再隨便跑一點就可以休息了,有星期天真好~
