閒來無事來個小山訓~嘉陽坡,繞機場一小段,跑到清水休息站喝水補給,跟一大群人排廁所。回程路過台中清泉崗機場下舊山道,一趟小小山訓。
路跑賽山路大家都當步兵居多,自己跑沒人陪不敢用走的,還有有穿小腿套沒抽筋。要找時間能配合的跑友真難尋。大家早~~
