昨天NTC課程加強髖關節部分, 讓我今天的屁股跟大腿很酸, 雖然努力的跑, 只能跑在4'45"/公里的速度, 無法跑進4'40"/公里之內, 明天要休跑一天, 在週日比賽前要讓肌肉及筋脈休息一下.
