早晨四點半起床下雨,直到九點雨才轉小,還是腳癢出門跑步運動,直接從家裡起跑,沿大排往圓通寺跑烘爐地,跑山路練肌耐力,但回程有點沒力,也因為雨剛停,濕度升高又開始悶熱,尤其回程那段沿大排的硬水泥紅磚道,不好賺的短距離山路
