| 昨天回來高雄,突然老同學問說:明天有興趣來跑屏東馬嗎?有一張號碼布。突來的賽事,想到下週就要板橋馬了,該跑嗎?最後決定一起去參加賽事。出發後,以5分整分速跟著同學腳步,8K後他越開越快,10K後決定放生,跑我的速度,降到約5'10"。整個賽道算是舒服,不是在林蔭下,就是在高架橋下,曬不到太陽,過了32K後覺得腳提不起勁,速度慢慢退到5'40-5'50,但至少沒有步兵模式,最後2K稍稍提起勁衝刺一下,3:43完賽。而同學果然全程火力全開,竟然跑出3:22,以乙組分四上凸台,有夠厲害。 賽後評分: 交管很完善,補給無可挑剔。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~138 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 138~155 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 155~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~170 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 170~175 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為175 點此去設定最大心率 |
