每次練間歇都覺得很苦,尤其在冷清的鄉下操場,連黑豆都跑一趟就躲到旁邊草叢打混了,留我自己在場上爆汗,一趟趟感受到兩眼發黑、手臂發麻、跨部酸痛、喘不過氣,跑兩趟就想收工回家了。還好忍耐慢慢撐完,比起上次也有點進步,比較穩定了。唉~全馬雖然距離短跑量不用多,可是要拼速度也是很辛苦地~
