原計畫昨晚23時練跑,下班先去台江丟放水,返家換裝後剛要出門′夭瘦下起雨來,因我的訓練場台江大道無任何遮雨的地方,怕有雷電只好先小睡一下等雨停,3點一刻鬧鐘響起,盥洗後出門,天氣暗有點要下雨的感覺,起跑發現4天沒動的我今日腳步重,5.5公里補給昨晚放置運動飲料地方,重新調整步伐,12公里跑步的勁不見,只好用回想美時光來忘掉現在在跑步22公里後腳後大腿感覺有典酸,補給後進康寧大學操場調整,26公里後大腿、小腿酸的感覺更嚴重只要慢慢往回程路上,真掉漆的訓練沒練1全馬就草草結束今日訓練。
