最近幾個月,有幸邀請到一位前桌球國手來指導小朋友,這位教練年輕時曾拿過好幾次台灣比賽金牌。而我也從中學到很多觀念,算是一圓小時的桌球夢。
每當假日,大部分時間都在打桌球,甚至平時晚上空檔也練球,而跑步就荒廢了不少。
以我的個性,除非賽前減量,否則平時會跑個 300K 以上。最近幾個月練球之故,跑量都在 100 多 K,3/6 櫻花馬跑得很慢,卻也受傷,真的是不堪一擊。
為了讓小朋友學習承諾,賽前就說會把這次完賽(限時 4 小時)獎品送給他,所以這次拚死拚活,也不要被關門。
練習量不夠,讓我跑得很辛苦,完賽後,竟然抽筋,而且一抽再抽,連續抽痛達半小時以上,當時倒在高速公路交流道上,幸虧我朋友及一群不認識的跑友幫忙,將我抬上車,送到救護站,救護站人員照顧,才漸漸恢復。感謝您們,謝謝。
以後不報限時賽了。
