我真的被我自己打敗了,上週跑山獸叢林野跑操爆的雙腳,以為週三恢復差不多,週四又去跑山,昨天還去衝了一個440速的10K,沒想到其實乳酸並沒有完全退掉,在今天硬化馬半馬過後乳酸整個大爆炸,完全跑不動好想砍掉雙腳,沒抽筋受傷就是一整個跑不動!真想哭
又學到一個經驗了,沒有那個屁股還是別亂吃瀉藥!休息調整是有必要的,趕快休息以應付下週南橫100K了!
