好熱的一場馬,折返點居然超過三個半小時,幸好後來有延時不然就直接GG了,距離沒練(最多十公里)、爬坡沒練(河濱加跑步機0%坡度)、耐熱沒練(吹冷氣或寒流),這場馬拉松一整個大折磨,好幾次都想上車結束痛苦,(其實折返點超時我想糟了要被關門但卻有一種解脫的罪惡感)
