| 比賽前就打算一開閘就衝出去,為了怕後面太陽太大速度掉太多,順便測試一下看跑快點後面的肌力會不會提早沒力,測驗結果肌力仍然在32K左右掉下去,但可能是山路沒前兩場那麼陡,今天沒有出現抽筋的感覺,肌力也沒掉的很嚴重,17K左右右腳就出現水泡,30K後水泡瞬間擴大面積,超級痛的,走路整個踩下去就更痛了,只好一直小跑步,前面跑太快,後面跑五分多竟然會有喘的感覺,看來耐力真的還差很遠,繼續努力 ! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~144 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 144~162 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 162~168 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 168~178 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 178~183 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為183 點此去設定最大心率 |
