| 今天本來就不在預計中,本來想說不會抽中,結果境中全馬,只好硬著頭下去跑,不敢公布怕壓力太大,剛好賓哥從南投上來陪跑全馬,遇到Kevin大來不及照像,又遇到mindy帥,也太晩到,說沒幾句話,因為人太多了,要先卡位,前半馬沒什麼大問題,有人說30K撞牆期,我26K就感覺被撞了,由其這一場限時5h30m,跑來壓力好大,過30K後覺得最後12k如此的長,雙腳沒力,耳朵塞住,肚子餓,又看一堆步兵,又看到有人上救護車,鬥志快沒了,好在有位神人一直在我附近,那就是賓哥啦!
說真的,到最後我有想關門就算了,因為我腳沒力好想用走的,可是在37K時賓哥説了一句,你前面30多K都跑完了,不能功虧一簣,一語道破,決定拿出最後一口氣,努力跑完,快到終點時賓哥指了一下大會時間5h27m,於是在終點前讓大炮照一下,跑進終點5h28m,完成了我的初馬,最後心得是,跑過3㳄30K對全馬好像幫助不大吔! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
