台北市Sherry Hsieh 原本賽事想轉讓的,但找不到人..中醫師建議棄賽,復健科醫師說貼肌貼,於是貼了肌貼+小腿套參賽,順順完跑就好,後面體力不佳,加上腳快抽筋放慢走跑總算平安完成。
很開心見到MW上的跑友,大家都順利完賽,古銅色獎牌亮眼~值得擁有。
只不過微雨天腳濕加上泡冰水,袋子又破的情況下,腳趾有水泡,已請護理人員先行處理,回來要保持乾躁不要破皮感染就好..
