好久沒跑步超過2小時了,今天萬年溪景觀橋就來個上下坡來回30趟半,2萬5…不是…是25K入袋,如果可以日收2萬5就發了,可惜我連尾數5千都沒有…。
中途上下橋遇到跑步班的淑美姐也來跑外圍道路,其實…除了繞操場,各種地形道路都得適應…,下一場元旦的台東太麻里比基尼沙灘路跑,雖然我是參加短短5K猛男組,但快2年沒跑過沙灘地形,是該去青州還是旗津踏踏沙了,因為要光上身僅著三角泳褲參賽,上半身膚色要均勻,避免傷害觀眾眼睛,可能下週也要全面曬一下了…
