| 一如往常 於半睡半醒中被刺耳的音樂聲叫起床。有別於去年的獨自參賽,今年有洵堯大哥 展凰 雅怡 國仁 博鈞陪同熱鬧許多。記得去年是在9月份舉辦,熱翻所有的參賽者。今年的天氣就非常適合跑馬。路線一樣於南投酒廠 龍鳳瀑布兩個折返點,雖然還是上下坡交替,不過與展凰兩人不放過每個豐富的補給站,吃飽喝足為本週登場的那霸馬拉松暖身。值得一提的是於龍鳳瀑布折返時,有輛遊覽車在身後叭叭叭,定睛一看 竟是我媽媽在車上熱情揮手,當然要留下歷史性的合照。真是神奇之馬! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~133 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 133~150 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 150~155 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 155~164 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 164~169 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為169 點此去設定最大心率 |
